Maintenance,which is all activities carried out to maintain or restore a product to a specified state,includes preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.At present,there are some problems in the field of corrective maintenance.For example,the breakdowns cannot be found in time,and the information required for maintenance cannot be accurately and comprehensively transmitted to the maintenance personnel.The Internet of Things,which connects all things to the Internet for intelligent identification and management,is becoming an important driving force for the transformation of traditional industrial systems as well as an important direction for reshaping lifestyles.This thesis studies the intelligent maintenance based on Internet of Things for the problems in corrective maintenance.The main contents are as follows:(1)Research on intelligence for maintenanceWith reference to the application of the Internet of Things technology in the field of preventive maintenance,the intelligent maintenance based on the Internet of Things is proposed by introducing the Internet of Things technology in the corrective maintenance.Firstly,design the state transition of the maintenance object and the flow of the maintenance work orders.On this basis,flatten the traditional maintenance process and design the intelligent maintenance process based on the Internet of Things.In addition,a"push-pull"task allocation mechanism is used in this process.(2)Research on intelligent push of maintenance work ordersIn order to give full play to the advantages of the"pull mechanism"in the intelligent maintenance process,the multi-objective planning model for the intelligent push of maintenance work orders with the goal of maximizing the task's preference for the maintenance personnel and maximizing the maintenance personnel's preference for the task is studied.In terms of the task's preference for maintenance personnel,a maintenance personnel evaluation model is established.In terms of the maintenance personnel's preference for the current task,the context-aware recommendation algorithm based on neighbors and the multi-criteria decision making algorithm based on behaviors are studied.Then through the simulation of relevant data,test the intelligent push of work orders.At the same time,analyze and display the relevant results.(3)Design and implementation of intelligent maintenance based on lighting systemTaking lighting maintenance as an example,carry out the demand analysis and system design of the intelligent maintenance system.A lightweight,configurable and easy-to-expand dispatcher frame is realized by using multiple design patterns.In addition,the web application as the control platform and the mobile application developed for maintenance personnel's work are completed.Then test the screen adaptation of the mobile application and the main functions of the system.
