Research On The ASP-Based Prototype System Of Project Management

Application service provider platform is the information platform, witch we can rent software from, entrust product's design, analyse, emulation etc to. It emphasis the application of resource, not their ownership. Thus can solve the problem that different enterprise can share the distributing resource each other. However it is difficult for minor enterprises to carry out the project of application technology in current ASP platform. The difficulties include the following aspects: lack of a rapid way of getting the immediate information, such as the process of current task, allocated duty of different technicians, and other immediate information about project; lack of share data environment about project and the immediate efficient communication in designers; causing the situation of not knowing the current schedule and wait for each other; the use of resource limit in their own enterprise and not affording the advance device and software resource because of shorting of money.In order to solve the above problem, on the premise of deeply studying the business fluent in application technology, ASP module and project management, this paper propose a prototype system of ASP-based project management. On the basis of management of project lifecycle, According to the different business fluent of client, expert, brainpower and administrator, the paper constitute the architecture of whole system by UML. Following the classic design pattern of three layer and B/S (browser/ server), the database, application layer(including data layer and business layer), user interface be designed and corresponding UML module be established. Taking use of the application solution of Microsoft's MS.NET platform and c sharp language, the paper have programmed the system. The distinguishing of roles in the ASP platform rely on the users and their permissions management system, which is the basis of project management system of developing and running. In addition, the paper not only integrated closed some existed subsystem, but also develop some subordinative system such as news management, mails management and forum. All these can make the whole function of ASP platform more perfect.
