Design And Implementation Of Bank-side Of Compensation And Payment Project Based On UnionPay Financial Service Platform

With the advent of the Internet era,the ways people live and work have changed dramatically.Modern people advocate freedom,and more and more people are not inclined to live for regular jobs in the workplace.Instead,they are opting for freelance work,especially the post-1990 work force.Freelancers are no longer employed by any certain firms,for their employers may come from different industries and fields.Lots of freelancers may even be employed by professional employee organizations.Their jobs are fast-moving and liquid.They will be paid in different ways,such as face-to-face cash payment,bank transfers from employers,other transfer channels and so on.There are lots of employees in each professional employer organization,and the information of them updates all the time,especially the debit card accounts held by the employees are opened in different banks,thus it's unable to realize the batch payroll.For the moment,the salaries only pay off through all kinds of manual rather than pay based on modern information management,therefore there is kind of misoperation and inconvenience,which brings great challenges for financial personals of professional employer organizations,dis-satisfactions to meet the business development needs and to conduct the healthy development of the enterprises.Firstly,this paper introduces and analyzes the current salary release services and the bank agency payment scheme,and draws out the innovation and necessity of constructing "the salary release services program based on the front platform of the branch".Then,this paper conducts a detailed demand analysis on the design of the compensation agency project based on the front platform of the branch,and divided the business modules into account add module,agency module,merchant management module,balance query module and account check refund module.On the basis of this demand analysis,this paper further designs the agency project in detail and sorted out the business processes,and elaborated the specific realization of the database design,payment addition module,agency delivery module,merchant management module and balance query in the bank acceptance process of the agency project.The system processing and development of the bank side of this project uses the C programming language and the SHELL programming language in bank's back-end to run on the branch front-end system environment.The foregrounding uses Java programming language running on front-end system of the counter of the bank branch to implement the "the salary release services program based on the front platform of the branch".In the implementation section,the main function modules in the system are shown through screenshots.The system is fully functionally tested through a large number of test cases,which meets expectations and guarantees the reliability and stability of the system.The implementation of the salary release services program based on the front platform of the branch provides the unified access port for business cooperators.Different business cooperators can directly dock with the banks,which meets the demands,such as salary release services,balance inquiries,bank statements and so on.The implementation also breaks the barriers of traditional manual salary release works,effectively solves the salary release problems of different companies,protects the safety and reliability of salary release services,and brings lots of customers for business cooperators.At the same time,the implementation of the program also brings precious core deposits and a large number of user data to the commercial banks,and a lot of fees to the Union-pay.
