The Study On Data Record Unit With Data Fusion Function Based On Virtual Instrument

In order to reduce the waste of resources, and inspect status of controlled device, more effectively control system, the method that virtual instrument technique combines data fusion technique can off-line analysis the data that are collected by data record unit is introduced.. This method can resolve the equipments problem and supervising status of equipment when test equipment can't connect controlled device. It is improvement to traditions test system.This thesis develops systems of record and appraisement to synthesize test information, complete data acquisition, data record and data analysis without test equipments. The system includes the signal source, data acquisition, data download and data analysis. The software of signal resource simulates the signal of multi-sensor. Data record unit complete data acquisition, which records analog quantity data, parallel and serial digital data, parallel and serial graphic data from the signal source to CF card. The software of data download processes data, and hands over different data document by which these data can be analyzed. Method to analyzing data primarily is data fusion proceeding. In the course of data fusion, we set corresponding parameter and select fusion in the center to data fusion algorithm according to data document. Finally, we get the fusion result. With the development of virtual instrument software, we can do better research to polygenetic data acquisition and fusion, and analyze the controlled device status. Making used of D-S theory algorithm and by using collecting useful information we carry on the target recognition. The real target and the decoy can be exact distinguished, rather than part of the target property. The method of Three-Model complex guidance was used to guidance analysis, it can make best use of many-sides information and anti-disturb ability. By using analyzing result, we can adjust corresponding data source and the controlled device status.The thesis uses the software of Labwindow/CVI to complete the signal resource, data download and data analysis. The software is advantage of simple operation, excellent commonality, easy to maintenance and upgrade, friend user's interface.
