In recent years, the rapid development of network technology has made it possible for the development of remote control technology. It is the development of computer and network technology that accelerate the progress of industry. Various network technology and distributed conceptions are put into practice in industry, which brings many transformations and influence, from which many new mode of production is derived, such as network production and computer integration and so on. Remote control is the control, which realizes to control the remote object by computer.The basic principle of network is introduced firstly in this dissertation. TCP/IP are introduced, and also compared. The dissertation introduces three type system structures: the mode of C/S, the mode of B/S and the three-tiered mode, and analyzes the three modes, and points out the difference among them. The dissertation gives some technique of remote control system, such as Winsock, COM/DCOM, CORBA and JavaRMI. The principle and specialty of them are presented in the dissertation. The dissertation discusses three problem of remote control system: the problem of real-time , the problem of safety and the problem of reliability, and gives some solution of them. With the object of electromotor, we realize a remote motion control system in the end of the dissertation.The structure of the remote motion control system is C/S, which is accomplished on the basis of Winsock by VC++6.0. It can send the parameter to the transducer and receive parameter from the electromotor through the Ms Access database by the technique of MFC ODBC. The functions, which are correspondent respectively to the components in the interface of transducer's control, call the substrate communication function via DLL and execute serial communication control, including Start-up , Stop and Parameter's R/W. Two methods for the system's designing are compared and selected. Analyse the PID control arithmetic which comprise smith estimation , and do some emulation. We choose the interface of RS485 for controlling more than one electromotor. And the electromotor can be well controlled by transducer by the serial communicating between RS485 and the ISI of samco transducer.
