Recent years, Shipping industry has been developing quickly, However, both at home and abroad sediment accumulation is becoming a common phenomenon which has a very bad effect on the safety of navigation and the benefit of shipping.The Real-Time Monitor of the stage is becoming more and more serious so that the research of this kind of technology is very meaningful. Nowadays, underwater robot has been the most effective and potential tool of underwater viewing and underwater operation.Based on the present R & D of underwater robot, Our LAB develop an unmanned submersible which is able to do the hydrological survey and monitor the stage in real time.This thesis generally studies the Remote Control System used for Submersible. In order to achieve the remote control of the navigation, the PC-remote control system is designed and implemented, which is based on VB6.0 development environment. It can complete the following tasks. Firstly, it can adjust the internal electric engine, water pump, etc. Secondly, It can dynamically display water depth, temperature and humidity, pressure, etc. Thirdly, It can accomplish some Statistics so as to achieve the reliability of the communication between the PC and the slave machine as well as the real-timing of remote control. But in the outdoor experiments, the PC-system exists some shortcomings. For example, It is not easy to carry and is not convenient for operation. Besides, the screen is reflective. Given the above flaws, the control system with a single chip as the core is designed. On the one hand, it can remote control the PC to send instructions to the Submersible, carrying out the aforementioned functions. On the other hand, the Single Chip Micyoco system can directly communicate with submersible by means of VHF. and can control navigation course of the Submersible, water drainage, the open and closure of the weak controlling the strong.However, when we experiment outside the lab, the PC system is not so easy to carry with and operate, so we implement the main functions based on SCM, such as controlling the course of the submarine, water injection and drainage. Because Sunplus SCM has the advantages of high integrity, multifunction, lower power consumption, low voltage and so on. we choose SPCE061A to be the core control chip. Sunplus SPCE061A used as control core, along with variable potentiometer, LCD, button switches and VHF joined externally make up of a remote control system.There are four main function modules of the remote control system based on SCM, including A/D conversion, LCD display, data transfer and panel control.For how to control the speed of the submarine, we adjust all the potentiometers to get voltage values with different resistance values, different voltage values stand for different gears of motor. Get digital values from voltage values by A/D conversion, send the digital values to SCM to deal with, and then use GSM to send data to the GSM of submarine via RS232, so that we can implement the remote control of the course of the submarine. In addition, drainage and water injection switches, weak point strong switches and switches used to choose the mode of control-manual or automatic are implemented by button switches. Besides, data will be showed by LCD, making it easy for us to observe.Our lab has verified this system by Simulation experiment and Sea Trials. It turns out that the system can apply to the submarine system and control the Simulation remotely.
