With the development of modern industrial production scale increasingly grows, the industrial processes become more and more complex, and the industrial equipment constantly updated perfectly, which causes the traditional manual control mode can not meet the needs of industrial production and also the inner control technology of LAN can not meet the requirements of industrial control too. So it is eager to come up with such a method which will not limit by geographical restrictions, distributed, simple and convenient control system to replace the traditional means of control. With the rapid development of network technology, however, the control technology develops relatively slow. It arises out of profound significance to industrial production to combine the network with control technology, which the remote control technology based on the Internet came into being has a prospect to control technology field.Remote control technology has become a hot topic in the industry as well as in other areas. In order to accelerate the development of the control network, we propose the remote control PLC based on the Internet research program in this paper. This paper takes advantage of Web service technology which uses the technology of Web service across platform, easy to pass through the firewall and reduces the cost of application interface to accomplish the remote control technology. The lower machine adopts PLC as a controlled object, as industrial control computer, which can complete all types of industrial production control. This paper on the basis of the technology based on the Web service, we particularly focus on Web service architecture and related technologies. Give an introduction to the hardware platform environment. According to the system requirements analysis, we proposed the overall design of this system. Used B/S architecture mode, we designed each of the modules and introduced how it working. Analyzed the communication formats and communication protocols between the upper and lower computer, also implemented the serial communication to achieve the entire functions of the system. This paper also raised about the safety aspects of the system, it using server-side validation way to give different types of different user access paths, combining security algorithms to further enhance system security.The system which we proposed in this paper based on the Internet had a lot of features like easy to control, real-time monitoring, ensure the security of data. We took full advantage of the characteristics of Web service to get rid of the shortcomings controlled by geographical restrictions, reducing the waste of human and material resources, it is easy to control. The Users simply need to log into the control pages by the Internet and issue control instructions to remote control PLC, return to the operational status for users to monitor the PLC at the same time. The control remote PLC system based on the Internet not only improves productivity for industrial production, provides a reference method for the control of the network, but also provides direction for future research control technology.
