| The phenomenon of channel deposition is ubiquity in the world.It affects navigation safety and benefit.Many countries attach much importance to it,they research a lot of site measurement technology.Aiming at the characteristics of some harbor channels which are narrow,long,and with limited water depth and heavy deposition,a method of real-time monitoring of water depth based on a pint-sized and unmanned submarine is developed.And a practical system based on this method is developed.The system is composed of movement control system,active collision avoidance system,depth keep and posture control system,information system and underwater acoustic communication system.The key technology of the information system used in this submarine is researched in this paper.The system realizes remote controlling of the submarine,the communication between PC and the processors in the submarine,the location of the submarine,monitoring of the environment in the submarine and so on.It's composed of three subsystems which are called PC remote control system,DSP-based information process system and MCU-based environment monitoring system.The PC remote control system implements remote controlling of the submarine. It's constituted of PC and VHF module.The VHF module achieves the communication between PC and the processors in the submarine.The human-machine interface designed by VB is used for remote controlling of processors,motor and water-pumps.It is also used to show the information of position,water-depth, temperature and humidity,pressure and distance to obstacles.It can also count the reliability of communication and real-time performance of the PC remote control.DSP-based information process system realizes the location of the submarine,the serial communication among the processors in the submarine,etc.With core of DSP, this system expands eight serial interfaces by TL16C554A with controlling its' order by GPIO.The location of the submarine is implemented by GPS with high precision. The data of latitude and longitude is changed into plane coordinates of local coordinate system by Gauss projection and circumrotating coordinate axis.They are accurately matching with digital-map.MCU-based environment monitoring system monitors the safe condition, temperature,humidity,pressure,and power of the submarine by MCU and several sensors.The system performance is tested by a series of simulation experiment and experiment on the sea.The results show that the information system used in the submarine has good accuracy,stability and reliability.It can satisfy the requirements of practical engineering. |
