The Research On Remote Experiment Of Process Control System Based On C/S

The development of remote education now has changed traditional education which must be taught face to face. Remote education has effectively broke though limited space and realize the limited educational resource spare by frequency, video frequency, Internet and so on. And at the same time it has made more and more people get more educational changes. The research on Internet experiment system is one of important items in the development of remote education in China. Remote education links modem information technology with traditional repository. Experimenters do remote experiment in strange land, which is one of main parts in remote education. So it has wide foreground because it is very important to remote education of control subject.At first, the thesis summarized characteristic of remote control on the base of analysis and comparing to the current differences of remote control technology. It took process control experiment equipment as the background, designed Client/Server system framework by equipment server and client through analyzing requirement of remote experiment system and system running capability, and defining function of remote experiment system. It synthetically used many technologies, such as data collection technique, computer network technique, communications and object-oriented programming. And it has carried out remote control experiment system.The key point of the thesis was system's communication. The paper offered a simple and effective communicate method which achieved data communication between computer and PLC. The paper discussed the system how to change data, transfer and rejigger parameter accurately, advert problems in communication process between computer and PLC. This method is applied and innovative. The paper described the TCP protocol and its encapsulated Winsock module and its application for data communication of remote control. User defined protocol is used for data exchanging between the client and the control server. Make it into reality of saving and querying to database ADO technology. In the end, the result picture of program was given. And the paper pointed out some problems which have appeared in my work. Some expectations also have been brought forward for the subsequence researchers.
