Grating is one of the most effectively fixed position detector. In "the tenth Five-year Project", our school undertook the research task of the Large-format inkjet plotter. According to the requirement of the Large-format inkjet plotter, we adopt the 180dpi~360dpi transmission grating as the inkjet anchor point detector.Holographic lithography is one of important method for producing transmission grating. The equipments physical volume is limited, so the length of grating that produced is limited , therefore, a conceptual design for Transmission Grating Duplicating Macline which is subsection exposal and continuum replication is putted forward . This method can make the length of grating not summit to restriction. Only ensure the film exposal quality and displacement accuracy, it can produce qualified transmission grating. When the grating is exposed, the level roller, vacuum pump and force cavity make rough grating level off. In addition, MCU internal timer make exposal time more accurately, with this to guarantee the film exposal quality. During continue duplicating, MCU servo system control grating moving, puting reducer in mechanical design, designing lockout impulse and pulse multiple circuit in hardware electric circuit, and adopting figure comparison method and PID arithmetic in software design, with this to guarantee the exposal blocked joint not exceed the grating accuracy. Moreover, clear operating faceplate can make operator adjust the length of grating, the width of motherboard and the exposal time conveniently.Grating disc is one of another fixed position detector used in Large-format inkjet plotter. Circle grating fixed on the pedestal form the grating disc. Fixing of Grating is very important for the Grating disc. We decide to develop the Grating Disc Fixing Precision Test Apparatus, which can test the fixing precision of the grating disc automatically. MCU servo system control grating disc moving, computer can judge grating disc quality on the basis of pulse sequence the grating disc output The design method is same as the Grating Duplicating Macline.The experimental result shows that the Grating Duplicating Macline can produce 180dpi—360dpi bar grating and circle grating automatically, and the Grating Disc Fixing Precision Test Apparatus can test 180dpi~360dpi grating disc fixing precision.
