During the automotive design and research, the static loading test, dynamic loading test and fatigue test of its suspension and rear axle are indispensable processes; moreover, the electro-hydraulic servo control system is also the indispensable loading equipment during those tests. So the study and design of digital electro-hydraulic servo control system using for the experimental console of the automotive structural frame fatigue test are not only favor to improve our country automotive fatigue test level, but also favor to boost our country automotive industry development.In this paper, based on computer technology and hydraulic servo control technology, multi-channel hydraulic servo control system is designed with PC104 and a single chip.At first, the theory and basic characteristic of hydraulic servo control system this article is discussed, the system function requirement and performance index is studied, then the system general design scheme is established. The design method that a core block board added several the plane of servo control is used to reduce the difficulty and improve the speed, and little is changed when it is applied to other areas. According to this scheme, C8051F060, SDRAM, CPLD, AD620 and OP07 chips are used on each plane of servo control to the corresponding channel's conditioning circuits, the switch's input and output; SDRAM and so on hardware circuit's design. PC104 is used on core board to control module, and its powerful ability is used to handle data processing. Each plane of servo control through the PC104 and PC104 bus is connected, and up through the floor of the SDRAM with PC104 to exchange data. The core board and the plane of servo control are separated from the design, and it is implemented separately, the difficult of the development is simplified and it is easy to expand more channels and the speed is not affected.In addition, based on the general PID algorithm, the feed forward PID control algorithm is studied, and a excellent simulation effect is got by the MATLAB software.Graphic programming tool LabVIEW is choosed as man-machine interface's software to design the man-machine interactive interface, and C language is used to compile the real-time controller's software program.System is debugged after the completion of the various parts' design. From The results of the debug, system reliability, control and high precision, convenient operation, good performance is showed.
