The Application Of Grating Measure In Automobile Hub Jumpiness

Grating is a high precision element about displacement measure, it works with digital signals instrument and both of them compose the system of displacement measure. grating has a widely application in automatic equipments, such as digital control machine tool. The main theory of grating measure is according to moiréstripe. This paper comprehension and mastery the characteristic of moiréstripe and at the same time, investigation and compare the method and species of electronics subdivision about moiréstripe, analysis the advantage and disadvantage of all kinds of methods, put forward the main scheme for grating subdivision. The scheme in this article is that grating signals pass the magnify and plastic circuit, then come into resistance chain five subdivision circuit, finally come into the logic circuit for four subdivision. In this paper,combining the resistance chain subdivision and logic circuit subdivision, almost the logic part completed by only a single CPLD chip, the chip can achieve subdivision, identify the direction, count and display and so on, the whole subdivision come up to 20, perfectly make the integration and blocking come true. This design can make subdivision module facility and also has a high precision. Therefore, this design has a great use and practicability. Experiment prove: application this subdivision module can be easy to achieve the precision of measure system.
