The content of this topic is based on DSP and CPLD servo controller design, The device is mainly used for a photoelectric system control part, in order to adapt to the needs of modern war, photoelectric weapons have reaction speed, strike precision higher characteristic, and servo controller is the key components to realize the characteristics, therefore, developed a general light electric system servo controller is very necessary. Universal digital controller not only conforms to the photoelectric equipment miniaturization, generalization, modularization requirement, and to avoid the repeat design. Convenience for later product maintenance and reduce the cost.In this topic research has profound application value, to promote servo control has a great significance for the study。This paper comprehensively to servo controller is studied, first analyses the servo controller at home and abroad research and development status, and then points out the development trend of the controller, based on DSP and CPLD as the core processor servo controller. It has good combination such as information processing ability, open degree is high, trajectory control accurate, general advantages.so it became the mainstream of development. This article briefly discusses the background, purpose and meaning of the subject of the servo controller. Then the system components and the overall design of the controller. This article focuses on the the DSP and around the circuit design, CPLD module and around the circuit design, multi-layer PCB layout and electromagnetic compatibility design.Finally this paper design result sweep test and complete the related environmental test.This paper realized servo controller, in line with the photoelectric equipment miniaturization, generalization, modularization and systematic requirements with high speed operation ability and can be changed from the data processing ability, compositive and high reliability and improve the integration degree of overall efficiency.
