Gather System Of Grating Ruler Subdivision Based On PCI Bus And CPLD

The grating ruler is widely used in the modern precision measurement field, especially in the measurement of linearity field and angle field, which has played a very important role. grating sensor is based on Mole strip ,Limited by the scratching technology and volμme of optical and electric switching equipments ,the measuring precision is not have a large improvement. So using subdivides to get a precision measurement is a goog choice. I specialize and compare the merits and demerits of many subdividing methods In this article. At last I select the sine wave and cosine wave to subdivide the grating ruler and judge direction depending on software and hardware. In this article I also study the PCI Bus protocol and the grating ruler working theory. In the meantime, I design the hardware circuit and software of the system. I apply CH365 PCI interface chip to design the interface card of PCI bus and compile drive software of its interface card. And using CPLD to design digital logical circuit .The design has a lot of merits, such as miniaturized, portable and intelligent and so on. The test demonstrates that the entire system is stable and reliable, and essentially meet the design requirement which the paper was expected, the software can drive grating signal 4 subdivides of 90°interval angle wave or 200 subdivides of sine cosine wave, moreover, it is merely require to revise subdivided software to modify subdivided figure.
