Temperature and humidity are the important factors that affect food storage process,the granary temperature and humidity control bad easily cause of grain mildew,and formed a chain reaction,resulting in loss of food.China’s existing warehouse capacity of about 400 million tons.From the distribution of the grain depot,the country has more than 60000 of which most of the small and medium-sized grain warehouse.These are generally built a few decades ago,only a simple grain storage function.Therefore,for the medium and small grain warehouse grain monitoring technology has an important application value of grain storage.This paper is based on FPGA development board DE0 granary grain monitoring system.DE0-based grain warehouse monitoring system mainly by the temperature,humidity,material level collection module,storage module and the host computer.The system uses a single-bus digital temperature sensor with a unique ID DS18B20 and a single-bus humidity sensor without ID DHT22 collects temperature and humidity information.The material level collection module uses the combination of the simulated pressure sensor YZC-133 and the single-bus A / D converter module DS2450 with the unique ID.The information collected by the pressure sensor is converted to digital signal to DE0 through DS2450.System with a unique ID number for multiple single bus devices carry on an I/O ports,ROM search algorithm to identify and manipulate each single bus device,can reach the effect of saving the I/O port.Memory module is used in the SD card SPI mode storage,the development process is simple,functional and practical,you can achieve the storage of grain information.DE0 and the host computer communication protocol using the RS232 protocol,you can let DE0 real-time upload grain information.The system realizes the real-time monitoring of the grain situation in the granary,so that the management personnel can control the grain information in the granary in real time.Design is given priority to with DE0 development board,using Quartus Ⅱ as a software development platform,programming using Verilog hardware description language design,and finally the various modules of the software simulation and hardware debugging,to achieve the desired results. |
