Therefore, the inventory management plays a major role in a company operation. Therefore inventory management is always one of the main issues in ERP, and run through the development of it. So inventory management decision and its models are also important to ERP. So long as the essence of the issues can be shown, complex conditions in model making could be predigested. Then mathematic methods can be used in model analysis to get quantitative results.Implementation of an application system is the purpose of research. After discuss the issues in inventory management and analyze some inventory management models, a model called Fee of Storage based on the classical inventory model is binged out. Next an inventory management system based on the models described above which can solve the issue of optimizing inventory is introduced. In the end, the difficulties of system realization are summarized and the directions of future research are pointed out.
