The Conflict Between News Report With Judicature And The Corresponding

News report strengthens propagandizing and supervising on judicature, but at the same time, it also collides with judicature inevitably. how to harmonize them, which has become a hotspot among the current news field, Law field and judicature field, is just what this thesis is about.This thesis has five parts in all. Firstly, some questions are presented. Then, in part two, the meanings of judicature involved in this thesis are defined and the law background of the collision between news report and law is also given. In part three, the main representations of the collision between news report and law are carded and discussed respectively. And in part four, from news doctrinal and jurisprudence, the reasons why news report collides with judicature are analyzed. And finally, some conclusions are given that the collision between news report and judicature isnecessary but the relation between them should be harmonized while the bad factors of them should be eliminated and a good interactive relationship should be constructed. From the following three lays, the strategies to harmonize the relationship between news report and judicature are presented. At the lay of judicature, attention should be paid to the balance of degree and quantity and to ensure the benefit of the more important part. At the lay of legislation, sound news laws should be built to construct a good interactive relationship. At the lay of system, news must be independent on laws in deed, and the construction of self-discipline and manpower should be enhanced so that harmonizing the relation is ensured in system.
