The development of the program managing has been more than ten years in our country . Yet contrastd against the developed country, the program managing in our country is still in a comparatively poor condition, but it will be obtained great development space along with the development of the TV enterprise in China. This article discussed the status in quo about the development of the program managing, and at the same time, forecasted and analyzed the development direction of the program managing in the future.The first chapter was chiefly pointed out the range about the original research in this article.
