The managing system of the equipments information is a typical information managing system. Its development mainly includes backstage database and the head application procedure. For the database, there is high request in the data consistency, integrity and the security; the application procedure should have a perfect function which could be simply used and easily operated. This paper which makes use of modern management theories of the equipment information and combine the actual circumstance of Ya plank factory carries out the need analysis, function module partition and database mode analysis faced to the enterprise equipment information managing system, designing the database structure and application procedure,eventually completing the Ya plank factory equipment information managing system. This system which suffices the function requirement of instant record and search and carry out various operations of data under the network environment achieves the systematize, standardization and automation of equipment information management and support the realization of work streaming.It is provided with characteristicses of friendly interphase,high reliability,strong security, easy maintenance,nice adaptability and expansibility,etc.This system adopts ASP.NET as developing tool which is under the berm of Visual Studio.NET2005 released by Microsoft and C# as script language. The backstage database adopts SQL Server 2000 to carry on the design of database. Moreover, it makes use of the database accessing technique of the ADO.NET to realize managing operation of database and B/S pattern for the structure of this system.Eventually,the basic function of equipment information managing system is carried out.
