| The Finance-Tax-Exchequer-Bank system is a very complicated system, because it includes several government departments, such as exchequer, finance bureau, tax bureau, and banks. E-Government based on the Internet is an important and necessary way to improve the working efficiency of Chinese government. A uniform platform of finance data processing and integration is required in recent years, and some works have been carried out. The topics in this paper are related the supporting way for the design and implementation of the powerful uniform platform.The requirements about data sharing in tax bureau are analyzed, and a related solution, based on XML, is presented in this paper at first, which is valuable to the almost all the data processing phrases, including the data communication, database query and write and so on. Furthermore, XML Schema technique is suggested to utilize in tax environments, because it is better to strength the reliability of files.Oracle database is the most popular database products in national tax bureau and the trend data sharing among different departments' Oracle databases is becoming more and more obviously. We propose and realize the accessing among multiple heterogeneous databases with the XML SQL Utility (XSU) method.The detailed application requirements from the national tax bureau are analyzed and listed at first in this paper, and we propose a solution, which is the XML format interface. With some cases study, the realization methods are illustrated clearly. Efficiency is the key issue of tax application software system design, and the storage procedures are the vital component to the data access efficiency. In this paper, we present a novel way, which is with Oracle special storage procedure about XSU in the Java environment to do translate the database query results to XML format file each other.
