The Research On Multipurpose Utilization Of Taxation Data In Heterogeneous Database

With the rapid development of tax information system, State Administration of Taxation and local taxation bureau have developed and pushed numbers of computer application systems based on their requirement, which have become indispensable tools to carry out their work.However, because of no unified programming previously, the problems such as cross function, unshared data and disjointed supervision gradually appear and the phenomenon of isolated island of information is more serious.As the tax data is separately deposited in different systems, it is difficult for the taxation bureau to obtain complete information of taxation management and taxpayer's revenue, therefore it is hard to implement efficient supervisal and provide full catering service for the taxpayer.To solve these problems, State Administration of Taxation has proposed programming of information integration during the third phase of Golden Tax Project. The integration platform of application will be built in this programming, which can use current resource and integrate separate system by three-step development strategy such as data integration, application integration and process integration. The integration platform can make the existing system produce more results and create new value.The thesis proposed a low-cost, easy realization and effect scheme of analysis and policy making on taxation revenue by the research of data integration method in the existing system. On the condition of remaining the logic of the existing system, the advanced technologies such as linking technique of heterogeneous database, data replication, ODS, data warehouse modeling are adapted. The data of application system is centralized storage and effective organized, thus the integrated database of taxation is created, which is a platform of On-Line analytical processing that can be used to querying, statistical analysis and Ad-hoc report. The mechanism of automatic data exchange, performance of Ad-hoc query and analysis query of ODS are also discussed, as well as the presentation of background database in web.
