Internet of Things become the third wave of the world information industry after the computer and the Internet technology. The one hand, Internet of Things can improve economic efficiency and significant save a lot of money; the other hand it's technology driving force for global economic recovery. Currently, there are a growing number of government departments and enterprises. They build their own data center about Internet of Things. It has become an urgent problem that how to achieve data sharing and visiting between different departments and enterprises. Because the current data dispersion and utilization is not high, we need to create data-sharing platform based on Internet of Things technology and construction of large-scale data-sharing platform for the development of the Internet of Things is an inevitable trend.This paper not only analyzed the related technology about Internet of Things, but also analyzed the needs of urban public Internet of Things. Then an IIEDNS data sharing platform based on the Internet of Things has been proposed. This paper also describes the structure and function of the platform, and analyzes the basic implementation technology about this platform.It has become an urgent problem that how to achieve data sharing and visiting between different heterogeneous databases. It was difficult for heterogeneous data exchange to build an effective public data model to describe the relationships between different databases. Data exchange is a technology which aims to achieve date-sharing. Aiming at this point, this paper sets up a new model of heterogeneous databases for data exchange. With the features of strong semantics and well extendibility, XML is satisfied with the expression of relational database structure and the variety of constraints. This paper discussed the schema mappings between XML and relational databases, and gave the XML mapping rules between each other. Through simulating a concrete example on the.NET platform, the result approved that the new model has the good features of universality and extend ibility on data exchange between heterogeneous databases. This method has certain practical and worthy.
