Design And Realizing Of Image Communication System Based On DSP & CPLD

Multi-media tech. steps into a full speed developing period during the beginning of 21st century. The old saying goes, " There is greener on the other hill" perfectly describes the condition of Digital Camera (DC), Digital Video(DV), also Photo Mobile-phone in the market. As well, Digital TV will take the place of analog TV in the year of 2010. The electronic and communication companies in the whole world are dedicated on focus of this two fields. This paper is carried out based on this condition.A set of system including video sample, image compression as well as transmitting is designed with double MCU of DSP and CPLD, also arithmetic of JPEG based on many researches of multi-media tech. which can be easily tested and promoted. MSCOMM, the component of Visual Basic is used to design image transmitting system with PSTN ,which can transmit image information to the faraway. To the view of project research, the system does practical goods in our life.
