ASIC Design Of 433MHz-RFID System Based On MCU89C51

Wireless Calling System (WCS) employing the technology of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) meets the requirements of the prompt development of the microelectronic science and the information technologies as well as the imperative society demand. Due to its advantages－larger identifiable data capacity, higher-speed information processing, better security, longer identification distance and lower cost, the WCS has better perspectives in banking, security manager, servicing industry, commodity selling and distribution, business department and so on. According to the needs of the information construction and the society living in our nation, the paper analyzes the research and application of RFID at present and intends to provide the ASIC design of RFID Wireless Calling System.The accomplishment of the RFID wireless calling system requires the integrated application of amount of technologies in different fields, including cryptology, information theory, RF technology, antenna technology, computer science, microelectronics, and electromagnetic compatible technology and etc. Therefore, to accelerate the designing speed and achieve the expected function of the system, we comply with the idea of Top Down designing style of CAD in research. On the introduce of the basic theories regarding the system design, we detach the complex system into several independent ASIC modules but which are related in the whole, define the function of each modules and present the circuit design, and finally realize the whole system comprised of server and callers of WCS based on 89C51.We use the PROTEL for PCB design, and optimize the software and hardware design by WAVE-E2000L simulator. To our satisfied, the designing results clearly show the advantages of the WCS, and establish a solid basis of the further specific ASIC design.
