RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) system is a high efficient information collection and identification system, which is rapidly spreading in many fields, such as servicing system, market, hospital, bank and etc. With the advantages-abundance of data information, high security, short recognizing time and low cost-the RFID system will develop better in the future. According to the need of the market and to keep up with the step of time, this paper studied the emitter of 433MHz-RFID system and designed antenna with good performance. At last, a low power, short-distance emitter of 433MHz-RFID system was completed, which was our project's target.RFID includes many subjects in different fields. In this paper, there are algorithms of encryption, error correcting codes, techniques of single chip microcomputer and so on, besides the basic theories of RFID system. With the theories above, I designed hardware and software of the emitter, used Wave-E2000L Emulator to emulate and debug, then studied antenna technology and designed loop antenna. At last the ASIC design of the emitter based on MCU89C51 was realized. In a word, the design has great expansibility and will be the base of integrated 433MHz-RFID system.
