In recent years ,with the advancement of information techniques the OA system was applied widely .In the middle of the 70's of the 20th century, the developed countries want to resolve the problem that official bussiness work is sharply increasing, which had engendered large infection to the productivity of the enterprise. Then as a synthesis technology the Office Automation was developing. The basic task of OA is using the advanced technology and kinds of equipments to deal with a measure of the official work, in order to improve the productivity, work efficiency and make management and decision-making become convenient. Along with the computer technology and communication technology which are the representation of the information technology developing, the Office Automation brings into play more and more important action in the management and prosecution of the enterprises.Workflow:Is the target of the whole that the process of traffic of all or fractions automate, in the procedure , document, information or task flows to turn between each participant according to the certain procedure rule, execution, implementation or attain the traffic。Workflow management system(WfMS):Is a kind of passing the software definition , create the workflow and manage its execution。It's run one or more several workflows engine。It can explain,interactive with participator(include person or softwares)。According to need call the other the tool of and application。Aiming at the small and not very large company, in this article we give a resolving project and the particular design for a material OA application system. The design uses Petrinet math modeling and adopts distributed three layer system structure, gives prominence to the "thin-client" trait, so as to exploiture, maintenance and use all become more convenient and more agility.
