When the new media gradually from a new vocabulary words into a popular, it means a new media era is coming. With the spread of relationship change, spread of the main range, increase the different channels about the communication, new media is the subversion of the traditional media system.New media from there to the present extensive development experience of nearly ten years, but now the media pattern actually has occurred changes in turn the world upside down. Some TV media to keep pace with the time, the program content and production system have made the adjustment and change, their development is based on new media is to put yourself to a peak. However, some backward in the understanding of the television media, how to face the competition? How to use the new media and upgrade their ratings and popularity in the program content? In the face of program homogenization serious market how to talent showing itself? Every television person should to think about it. If so, we must start from the essence of new media veil ripping out layers, make changes to the television media in essence.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the present status of research and development, the provincial satellite TV, understand the development situation and problems of the provincial satellite TV now. The second part of the will of the new media to bring the development of provincial TV media opportunities to launch the analysis, combined with the analysis of audience rating data, data analysis and the basic coverage of the development of television new media to find out the advantage and disadvantage of the future direction of development, the third part carries on the discussion from the present situation, the development of new media of Shanxi satellite TV’s development strategy and the development bottleneck, the new media to the Shanxi TV’s new thought of mining. The fourth part, the paper will analyze the development strategy of innovation method of Shanxi TV, from the system, advertising, program content, infrastructure construction and other aspects to find out the way, make a reasonable plan.In this paper, the idea of writing by the provincial satellite TV is accurate to the Shanxi satellite TV, from general to specific analysis layer by layer, finally carries on the innovation research, hope to Shanxi TV new media development assistance in the train of thought.
