With the development and application of the modern computer technologies, the intelligence and automation of testing devices grows rapidly. The modern flight data collection techniques are greatly improved collection in terms of system design, the data types, measurement precision and the software design. There are no special equipments to test the flight data collections. In most situations, the airborne collector could only be tested manually, which would incur complex work, and waste lots of time and might delay the flight plan. So it is essential to design a new testing system that could conveniently test, verify and debug multiple airborne data collector without debugging with airplanes.This paper mainly tell of the testing system of flight data collection .Based on a detailed representation of the hardware system structure, the thesis gives an analysis of realization of multiple circuits and the software base on the hardware system to control the communication of bidirectional data. The embedded operation system Small RTOS51 is ported to real-time display the system condition, transmiting data and work mode. A friendly manual-machine interface is designed. The designed system is approved to be usefull and credibility.The research results of the thesis could satisfy the demands of the rapid bidirectional data communication, the convenient location of the operators and the debugging of the data collectors offline, which could avoid the error induced by the data collector itself.
