Before the newly made radar equipment is put into formally use in the large-scale and important test of range, it is necessary to judge the dynamic range of measurement error, the accuracy of measurements of track data for the newly made radar, and access whether the dynamic range of measurement error, the accuracy of measurements of track data etc technical and operational performance parameters are arrive at the range precision requirement.In the course of traditional radar accuracy calibration flight, plane flying in the air, radar and high precision contrast equipment (higher radar 3 times) on the ground simultaneously tracking the location of plane, we will carry out the data processing for the recorded data of radar and high precision contrast equipment, then the final assessment of the accuracy of radar. In this paper, based on the radar accuracy calibration flight mechanism, generalize the radar accuracy calibration flight principle, data abstraction, according to the feature which post-data processing must link radar equipment parameters and calibration parameters which are the fixed value and such parameters play a decisive role for radar measure error and data precision. By the probability distribution model of radar measurement error, adding the random noise value to theoretical track value to simulate the radar measurement value at the time of the radar accuracy calibration flight. With the data processing methods which is said in "GJB1381-92", realize the data processing steps in Visual C#2.0 program language, and embed in the radar accuracy calibration flight simulation program, realize the simulation from showing the track of radar accuracy calibration flight, the plane animation of accuracy calibration flight, the obtaining of random noise, come into being the simulation measurement value, post-data processing etc functions, such functions are integrated in a integration environment. In the end of simulation, we compare the accuracy access result of the simulation of accuracy calibration flight with the post-data processing result of the real plane accuracy calibration flight in range, we can see that the two are basically the same.During the course of embodiment for the radar accuracy calibration flight simulation, we adopt object-oriented programming technologies and integrated scientific visualization methods to numerical simulate the radar accuracy calibration flight. Analyzed the simulation track data structure from its function , we adopt the simple and agile huge array to store the "real time" track data, so that the simulation program power and concise.By the simulation accuracy calibration flight data, according to the provisions and steps on data processing in the military standard "GJB1381-92",Used programming language for the post-data processing to radar accuracy calibration flight data, get the results of data processing about accuracy calibration flight test data and made the necessary conclusion analysis.
