Civil Awation Authority is a navigational management organization in our country, whose accessory conductor center must control all the conditions of civil aviation flight at any moment. Due to unceasing equipped with the aviation tubes and radar, and the increase of the cases in the sky, the indigenous informative treatment system can't meet the duty's need. After the upgrade and complement exploitation of the hardware, the new aviation informative treatment system becomes a comprehensive treatment system that not only can deal with the information in real time, but also can proceed the systematical control and the information management. It has solved the problems of the primal informative treatment system, such as the low treatment ability, the little capacity of the information, he short limitation period, the multiple malfunctions and single function, and so on. Systematical duty becomes more normal and institutionalized, and the ability of the indemnity and synergism of all the departments become strengthened.Civil A iation management informative treatment system can be divided into four subsystems by course of their function, which are the information treatment subsystem, the information assortment subsystem, the monitor subsystem and the management of the information of the duty subsystem.This arti le can be divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the general introduction of the system, including composition and the task of each duty department of the Civil Aviation conductor center, the structure of the network of the system, the equipment of the hardware and the function of each subsystem.The second chapter explains the informative treatment subsystem what is the core of the system in detail. The informative treatment subsystem is a typical real-time information processing system. It can not only synthesize and deal with the informatii n of the aviation tubes and radar, but also can receive and ladle out the information of the whether. The main program of the integrated treatment of the information lies in the information service instruments, which can deal with the information according to the artificial intervenient order from the office station of the synthesized procession room and put the functions, for example, the reception of the information, integrated procession, the assertion of the special information and the output of the information into execution. Theinformation treatment subsystem can finish the integrated procession of the information automatically, and also can deal with the information according to the artificial i ntervenient order from the terminal of the synthesized procession room.The third chapter introduces the function and the flow of the Information Distributing Subsystem. The Information Distributing Subsystem establishes the circumstance of the network and offer the service to WEB between the stations of the Commanding center .The operator on duty of the synthesized procession room can dra ft the telegraph of the special information in the local work, and send to all the duty rooms when finds abnormal aviation flight in the sky; the operator on duty of the aviation management room can give the word of courant of taking-off, the courant of the plan of the flight and the courant of the dynamic state of the flight through WEB to all the duty rooms of the conductor center; the operator on duty of all the rooms also can draft, read, send and receive the telegraphs and reversions. All kinds of the telegraphs can conserve in the database to enquiry easily.The fourth chapter is the monitor subsystem that is complement exploited, whose purpose of design is that monitors in real time the service instrument, office station and the proceeding of the software of the whole civil Aviation informative treatment system, master the working condition of the system, decrease the failure rate, rise reliability of the system.The monitor subsystem consists of the monitor office station, monitored service instrument, and the terminal of all the rooms.Software can be divided i...
