Application Of Embedded Linux In Mine-Hot Oven Intelligent Control System

In the Post-PC period in which digital information technology and network technology is developing highly, Embedded systems have widely penetrated into industrial manufacture, scientific research, engineering design, military technology, all kinds of domain, business, culture, art and people's daily life etc. At the same time, not only Linux has hold up quite a large quotient both in the PC field and in the Server field, but also it is developing very fast in the field of Embeded systems. According to the different application styles in different fields, people have built many embedded linux systems which are used in the different fields through cutting and modifying standard Linux kernel whose source code is open.Now embedded Linux is famous for the special charactersitcs of open and network. Without question it will become the mainstream of the OS. uClinux is the embedded operation system which is applied to micro-control field and it's reconstructed from standard linux kernel. If uClinux is used in the industrial control field, not only the cost of the whole system will be reduced, but also this will open up a much wider application area of embedded linux, all of this will accelerate the development of embedded linux greatly.This paper first introduces the gereral theory of embedded systems, embedded operating system, and embedded linux, then it describes in detail the developing flow of embedded systems and embedded software system, and then the paper explains how to build the developing environment of embedded linux system with HuaHeng's developing panel of embedded linux and how to develop application softwares. Then based on the system whose name is "mine-hot oven intelligent control system", this paper presents a complete solution plan of embedded linux which is applied to the modern industrial control system. And then it has an detailed introduction of the design plan of the whole system and the implements of every part as well, moreover it issues some problems which are maybe present in the embedded system when it's used in the industry control field.
