Now, with the intensification of competition, under the Knowledge Economy and e-Business model, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) became more and more important, and Data Mining technology will determine the level of satisfaction to users. We can say: only Data mining can make CRM feasible. For business Bank, Data Mining can help them controlling the reality and forecasting what will happen in future. And the most significative is to help us dropping out those key factors essential to complete tasks, make a business organization more competent.This paper aims to find out a solution for BANK-DSS based on data warehouse, online analytical processing and data mining technologies, and solve the cooperation problem of the structure of traditional four bases. On this idea, the paper discusses the basic technologies of data warehouse, generalizes and puts forward the general architecture of data warehouse for BANK-DSS according to customer relation, risk, surplus and owes topics and establish related tables and technology parameters. It designs an integrated fundamental architecture for BANK-DSS based on data warehouse. This system supports online analytical processing and uses data mining for knowledge discovery.
