In network environment times.the users needs of library information service has changed a lot, it has been developed special characters of complex, social, network, integrated, high effective. To the users, they often needs information, production and knowledge service which are indwelling different platform, rooting from multiple channels and integrated by integration platform .In our country, library information service hasn't developed a suit of standard system, yet the software were run independent. Most of time, they can not be seamless linked. It has a long distance to serve with crossing platform, crossing language, crossing database.
