Customer Relationship has been the most important problem that an enterprise should take into account seriously. Those enterprises should focus on serving customers and mining customer. What they should do is making effort on winning more customers in order to get more profits.The technology of CRM systems in order to manage customers' information and CTI(computer Telephone Integration) are mature now, and the one that analyze customers' data is the system should be developed in order to get more revenue from customers. Besides reccrding customers' data and solving their problems, what the system should do is to maintain the relationship with customers and to win more customers. As a result, a modern CRM system should be able to get more valuable information from the original information of customers and rsalize the one-to-one strategy with the help of system.The focus of this article is analyzing whether an enterprises should applying the technology of data analysis in the CRM system and introducing the main methods and the fields which those methods should be applied in. And in the article it is also included that some problems should also be take into account in the practice of this kind of CRM. The main content is as follows:In chapter one, it concludes the background of this topic and the main purpose of this article;In chapter two, it is included that the basic content of CRM, its development status and emphasize the importance of applying data analysis in the system development. At the same time, it defines three degrees of data analysis methods in the function model of data analysis;In chapter three, it is introduced the main content of data analysis of CRM system, including common statistics methods, the technology of data warehouses, data mining methods and the fields those methods should be applied in;In chapter four, there is an example of CRM system to show the main design idea of the function of the data analysis and how such a system works .It emphasizes on the practice of the system , the effect of the system and the development of this system;In chapter five, it is included that the problems should be considered in CRM with the function of data analysis, including how to choose methods, the problems of the databases, the problems of human and the system;.At last, in chapter six it is a short summery of the creative features in this article.
