The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) uses the obtained knowledge of the customers to customize business affairs.It can satisfy the individual requirement of the customers.The Data Mining(DM) is a process that can discover the different model from a known data concourse,sum up and educe the value.The strong power of the DM rests with the extensive method and technology to apply the large number of the problems.The thesis is made up of four parts.The first part is about of the CRM and the customer analysis.It includes the coming forth,definition,core idea,resourceful value,core work,entitative analysis of the customer,state analysis of the CRM,behavioral analysis of the customer,the method and technology of the customer analysis and the analytical system of the CRM.The second part explains the origin,definition,function,usual technology,basic process of the DM and the analysis of the association rules in the DM.The third part sets forth the subassembly of JBuilder,Database Pilot of the database tool,the connection between JBuilder and the database of SQL Server 2000 and the disposal of the data.The fourth part analyses the practice of the customer analysis system of a company.It makes use of the database tool that is Database Pilot of JBuilder to quickly manipulate the database.It combines the association rules of the DM to analyses the example.It puts forward the usual decision -making problems of the CRM.To sum up,the foregoing parts are the basic theory.It is important of the next two parts.The thesis makes use of not only the visually mutual interface,subassembly of JBuilder and Database Pilot of JBuilder to query and filter but also the association rules of the DM to analyse the data.It can help decision-maker analyse the behavior of the customers and make decision.The purpose is to hold the auld customers and to mine the latent customer.
