The Research On Automatic Oil-loading System Based On Optical Fiber Sensing Technique For Oil-bin Area

With the development of the demands for petrochemical industry, the requirement for the automatic oil-loading system and the automation of monitoring the oilcan area is increasing. So the traditional manual operation can't meet the demands of the automatic loading system and tele-monitoring.The oil loading system and the management of oil bin in the oil-bin area is intensive and the measurement method is under-developed at present time. In order to resolve this problem and realize the automatic management, this thesis analyzed the demands of the system, and then integrated the optical fiber sensing technology, the advanced computer technologies of hardware and software, the technologies of intelligent instrument, auto-control and communication; finally a distributed and intelligent monitoring system of the automatic oil-loading system was developed.The thesis contains hardware design, software design and communication design. The oilcan area automatic oil-loading system introduced in this paper adopted distributed structure. Realized monitoring and controlling system implemented by the MCS-51 system, realized data monitoring and process controlling implemented by the optical fiber sensor and intelligent instrument, realized operation station implemented by the IPC, realized data displaying, MMI, supervising of whole craftwork and control system and report forms printing implemented by the KingView 6.03 software in the IPC. The IPC MIS realizes management of hair-oil, browsing, inquiring and parameter setup and so on using Microsoft VC 6.0 and SQL Server2000 software. After the research and study, we implemented the serial communication between the IPC and MCS-51 by advanced DDE technology. In the basis of the above system, established the oilcan area management information system, realized remote monitoring and managing of real-time producing information.Having friendly MMI, good flexibility and high reliability, the wholesystem is worth to popularize. In addition, at present a lot of oil-bin loading stations need automatic alteration in our country. This system not only improves the quality of the users' service, but also enhances the economic benefits of enterprises.
