Fuyuan Preparation Plant Coal Automatic Loading System Research

With the improvement of technology, loading system automation level increases, thetraditional control system has been changed the fundamental. Especially computer network,control, communication, electrical technology as well as the field sensor instrument technologyrapid development of coal reservoir of the loading control system improves the requirements.Modern coal is toward integration, intelligence development, this requires a powerful coalautomation system, so as to provide the reliable data production management.This paper according to the modern loading automation system of coal preparation plantcharacteristics and demands, the loading automation of coal preparation plant system design,mainly to complete the following work:First, this paper introduces loading automation control system of coal preparation plantdevelopment history and current situation, and puts forward the research of purpose and meaning.Second on loading automation system process analysis, to construct the loading of coalautomation control systems, including the car number information collecting system, centralcontrol system uses programmable logic controller, electronic GuiDaoheng weighing system,shunting system, loading gate and belt conveyor control system, PC monitoring system、safetysystem and so on. To discuss the belt speed loading automation system in fuzzy PID controlspeed, and finally achieve the load of automation, achieve precise load, fast loading. Finally,through the summary of subject, the author illustrates the outcome of the study and thedeficiency, and points out that the follow-up should enhance and improve place and methods.
