In the 21 century, the problem of energy sources and environment, which is faced to our economical continuable development, is more important. Fuel alcohol has the merit of economizing energy sources and protecting environment, so it is widely regarded. Corn oil, which is the important byproduct of the alcohol production, has very good economy benefit.Firstly, the wet crush techniques and the design of automation control system are discussed, which based on the building of fuel alcohol product line in Jilin Fuel Alcohol Co., Ltd, Jinlin province. The control system, which uses SIMATIC Process Control System 7(PCS 7) based on the fieldbus, combines the advantage and function of tradition Distributed Control System (DCS) and Programming Logic Controller (PLC). On the configuration of the network, the technology of Industry Ethernet and Profibus is introduced. Design scheme of hardware is reasonable, economical and efficient. Software has plenty functions and satisfactory control effects. Its operation is simple because of friendly man-machine interface.Secondly, during the braising offline temperature control loop of the oil production-lixiviating procedure, the controlled object, which is hard to build the extract model, has the characteristics of large inertial, big time-delay. The control strategy of the combination of fuzzy logic arithmetic and normal PID arithmetic is introduced in this paper, The basic principle and actualization method of Fuzzy-PID are analyzed. The design model is simulated in MATLAB and the result proves good control performance.
