Boiler is a main heating-device in north city in winter. Because of lower automating-control, the boiler's running efficiency is low, and heating energy waste is very high, one reason is burning control level is very low.In the paper, heating-boiler is main researching object. We use fieldbus technique controlling the boiler's running, instead of DDC and DCS controlling system.Considering most boilers in our country were still using the normal analogy instrument and the whole digit intelligence appliance were not popularity. But the Fieldbus technique requests the on-site equipment sending digital signals, so requires much intelligence appliance. Therefore, the paper makes use of LonWorks Fieldbus controlling system of the Host-Base structure, which is based on Neuron chip. Through it we connect all of intelligence spots with one LonWorks Bus, thus realizing two-way digital communication between up-down machine and intelligence spots. At the same time, it makes us making use of available resources to the extent, and completing the task of data adapted and device controlled of spot.Because boiler is a MIMO, non-liner complex controlling object, so it is hardly to establish the exact model and reach the controlling goal using the normal PID algorithmic. The paper proposes double-model controlling method, which combines the Fuzzy with PID to realize the controlling of boiler. Finally, we use MATLAB tools to imitate the controlling procedure. The result shows that double-model control is prior to normal PID.
