The fieldbus control system is undergoing one of the most intense and dramatic changes in its brief history. In the past few years, the progress made in the development of high-speed fieldbus has opened a vista to new and powerful applications. The control function of fieldbus control system is completely distributed, which means that feildbus controllers must control in locale and have intelligent capacity.Aim at the requirement, this paper mainly contains the following contents: choose the hardware of intelligent slave based on Profibus-DP, config the uClinux system and the study on control algorithms.The anti-jamming capacity of traditional PID control is not good enough, the method of getting differential is not precise sometimes and it is unreasonable to get the difference between output signal and the input signal directly. In addition, it often has to get continuous signal or differential signal from discontinuous signal or noise in practical engineering.The tracking differentiator solves these questions well, but the control parameters are difficult to be regulated. So fuzzy self-tuning and chaos optimization are adopted to regulate PID control parameter respectively. Chaos optimization algorithm,which combines chaos carrier wave with simulated annealing algorithm improves system optimization speed. The simulation results show that PID control algorithm with tracking differentiator based on fuzzy self-tuning and PID control algorithm with tracking differentiator based on chaos optimization have good filter-performance. They not only can track the original signal better and regulate the PID parameters on-line, but also solve the problem that traditional PID parameters are difficult to be tuned.
