Pump station, just like human's heart, is the core power equipment of steel plant, the normal running of which is very important to product quality and safety in production .However, the control and management of pump station falls behind other country in our country at present.According to the formers' researching, this system adopts supervisory control of pump station based on Fuzzy Control. Be using Fuzzy Control technique, PLC technique and industry automation software in this system.This system adopts cyborg type control system. Its main composition is: Hardware : (IPC+PLC); IPC: Yanhua IPC610; PLC: Simatic S7-200; Monitor software: KingView6.0; Operation platform: Winows98; Protocol standard: RS-232.The use of Fuzzy Control theory helps to improve the precision and of data, the use of PLC and KingView6.0 helps to realizing single computer-multipoint monitor. The system is easy to operating and expanding. The system has some important functions such as signal collection, trend analysis, forecast alarm analysis, assistant function, help system and so on. It can execute trend analysis about the supervisory parameter, forecast alarm, and print the parameter and data.The system is helpful to study and set up modern automatic unmanned supervisory control pump station .The value of this system is not only in theory but also in practical.
