Research On Measurement And Control System Of Multi-Stage Oil Pump Based On PIC18F6520

Oil pump unit are the key equipment of crude oil transportation system. It is fateful for the enterprise working order that these equipments can be running at safety. Oil pump unit in security with real time, reflecting its status at work and with real time controlling and fault diagnosis with scientific analysis, are the trend of modern manufacturing and technology.Based on the field requests of the multistage oil pump, a measurement and control system is designed, which can realize the multiparameter measurements and control. Starting with describing the structure and principle of the multistage oil pump, the general scheme which uses PIC18F6520 as the control core is made. Circuits of multiparameter (flow, pressure, etc.) measurement and control are designed. Software and hardware of the measurement system are designed in part of measurement. Pressure open-loop control system is designed in part of control.In order to improve the control effect of this control system, a II-stage Fuzzy controller is worked out based on general Fuzzy controller in control algorithm areas. The simulation shows that this Fuzzy controller can improve the control performance of the system. It takes less time for the system to get to the given rotating speed. It is proved that the system has better static performance and in case of increasing or decreasing the motor load, the system can get to the given speed rapidly. Simulation indicates that this system can measure the pressure, the instantaneous flow and cumulative flow with certain accuracy; and the speed of the motor can be regulated by controlling three phase asynchronous motor with variable frequencies, the flow and pressure of the multistage oil pump can be adjusted.
