The paper searched a kind of ice detecter based on vibaration theory. The vibration tube, which was a sense component of vibration ice sensor, was made of permonent flexibility alloy material which have magnetostriction ability. When vibration tube was in the magnetic field vertically, it brings magnetostriction under the effect of cross-changed magetic field, that was made axis resionance. When the surpace of vibration tube appeared ice, the immanence frequency btings excursion, so according to detect the excursion quantity of immanence frequency can confirm the ice state.Firstly, mathematic model based on bar's longitudinal vibration was funded and analysed. The expressions of vibration theory was validated with MATLAB and experiment analhyse, which proved the rationality of vibration structure design. Based on the vibration detection theory, hardware circuit and program of MCU system was designed. Then ice-sensor sample was worked out and circumstance examed. The experiment indicate that the theory design is correct.The system was demarcated with experiment, and estimated. Then expected the application fore ground of the sensor and improvement project, which provided useful reference to research and development of the sensor.
