Research Of Self-help Service System Based On Web Services

Self-help service has progressed rapidly into a rising industry ever since 1970s. It changed the traditional trade mode, allowed the clients acquire the services they want via mutual mode and take part in trade or communion freely, which made the services become more alternating and more self-determining. The self-help service system is the medium which links the self-help service terminals with the application service provider's system, accomplishes mutual operation with application service provider's operation system, and supervises itself and all of the self-help service terminals connected to the system, provides the clients self-help service with more individuation. In this article, the author has done in-depth research on Web Services framework and the correlative technology, and put it into designing universal self-help service system, which solved the problem about different platform and different language in the system, made the system more universal and more advanced.
