There are four constructs, human resource management construct financial management construct electronic business manage construct and storage management construct in this system.Platform formed by different soft tools can communicate with each other using the new technology, web service. Thus, business flow goes on assorted with procedure. Automatic electronic business and digital official business are realizing.
