The vehicle-carried communication system is the one which equips vehicle with advanced communication technology. The important character is focused on wireless or wire signal transmit along with vehicle moving. It is integrated with electric technology and computer network. Vehicles communicate with others by virtue of GPS or special transmitter-receiver while people in vehicle,can communicate with others by using the local network. Importance is stressed on the research based on embedded uClinux operating system, which is applied to the vehicle-carried communication system. Forever, the local network is realized by the uClinux supporting TCP/IP protocol in order to the communication with each other in vehicle.The paper can lay importance on the kernel analysis about uClinux and the solution with regard to the vehicle-carried communication system. The TCP/IP network and the driver of voice coder are mainly introduced. The basic content is as follows:Firstly, plainly introduce the development of embedded system and the outlook for embedded system, Moreover, consider the application of the embedded developing tool.Secondly, particularly analyze the startup code and introduce the kernel configure of uClinux and the driver design. What is more, consider the framework of TCP/IP network and discuss the message format of each protocol.Finally, discuss the design and realization of TCP/IP network based on the vehicle-carried communication system in details. Furthermore, depict the 13-bit linear PCM Code-Filter about Motorola 145483 chip, which is used in the system.
