This project is sponsored by the CAEP Institute of Mechanical Manufacturing Technology Weapons Development Funds. The task of performance detecting of sealed-cabin exists in our products all the time. Although the demand for detecting performance of a sealed-cabin was put forward in 1980s, As the advance of products, today not only airproof but also sealed-cabin drying process and hygrothermograph and pressure detection online are required. The more advance of our product, the higher means of detection are required.This paper is described the sealed cabin' s performance measurement and inspection and drying process in detail. The sealed cabin' s performance measurement and inspection include airproof detection , temperature detection and humidity detection. Pressure sensor and hygrothermograph sensor are adopted respectively to sense these change; a PLC and its analogue cell are adopted to collect and analysis the data; a MCGS component software is used to process and store the data in real time.The results of this theme has been applied in our products in practice. We concluded that the application of our device have not only reduced operators work dramatically, but also shortened technological flow process and improved the precision of measurement and inspection due to the integration of sealed air measurement and inspection function and sealed cabin drying function. It also provided a user-friendly human machine interface because the adoption of MCGS.This dissertation describes the device from the following seven chapters:The first chapter introduce the background of the theme and the advance of measurement and inspection technology in industry. The second chapter describe the general design purpose of the sealed cabin measurement and inspection system , It introduce the system from air circuit and measurement and inspection system to mechanic structure generally.The third chapter explained the design of air circuit , its function and performance in detail.The fourth chapter expound design of the measurement and inspection system including the selecting of sensor, the programming of PLC, the design of the hardware and the use of MCGS component software.The fifth chapter introduce the structure design of the device and its internal layout of the mechanical component simply.The sixth chapter described the debug of the program and thesystem integration.The seventh chapter summarized this theme and deduced the defaults and the efforts of improvement our future work.The last chapter summarize the work and results of this theme and analyze the economic and social value of this device.
