According to the practical industry need of detecting hermetic performance of sealed-cabin, by adopting low cost and small scale distributing detecting-controlling system frame based on embedded computer, this subject has improved the existing method of detecting and controlling which is used to detect hermetic performance of sealed-cabin, and the prototype machine of a new-type intelligentized system for real-time detecting and controlling is developed. This system consists of monitoring computer, serial communication net, locale control computer, sensors and executive machines. It adopts two levels of detecting and controlling frame: the bottom level is to detecte and controll system based on single-chip microcomputer, and the top level is to simulate the monitoring system based on PC.In the design of the detecting and controlling system based on single-chip microcomputer, this subject merged control computer, sensors and executive machines by applying embedded detecting and controlling technique to form a bottom-computer detecting device, which can independently execute the detection of hermetic performance of sealed-cabin. The hardware subsystem of this device, with single-chip microcomputer AT89C52 as the intelligent kernel, was constructed by the method of modularization; and its real-time controlling software was designed with embedded assembly language. This device has such functions asreal-time data collection, real-time displaying the detected data with LCD, warning with sound and light, printing detected results, serial communication etc.In the design of the simulation and monitoring system based on general computer, by means of advanced database technique, computer multimedia technique and serial communication technique, functions such as simulating and monitoring of running state of the system for detecting hermetic performance of sealed-cabin, management of detected data, display of detected results and automatic building of spreadsheet and diagram, etc were realized with concise man-machine conversation interface.It is showed that this prototype machine of system has realized the automation of detecting and controlling course, the digitization processing of detected result, as well as the diversification of detecting and controlling functions; it has improved the measuring and controlling precision in the course of detecting hermetic performance of sealed-cabin, and depressed the operator's labour intensity. And besides, it provides a base for the integration and miniaturization of the system design in future.
