To achieve high speed railway bearing autonomization manufacturing and breakthe overseas enterprise technology monopoly, meet the needs of the development ofhigh speed railway, the large high speed railway bearing rig is urgently needed to bedesigned to test and verify the performance of the bearing. Monitoring and controllingsystem for the high speed-railway bearing test with airproof and dustproof is studied inthis paper. It simulates actual high speed railway bearings working condition, andmonitors the parameters of the test bed of bearings, and tests the bearing dustproofsealing performance.This paper analyzes the development status of the bearing rig both at home andabroad. According to the structure characteristics and high function and technicalrequirements and determined the high iron bearing rig of the high speed railwaybearings, the mechanical design scheme, loading test scheme and monitoring programsis determined. The design of the bearing rig loading system is accomplished, andmodeling of loading system is derived to establish the transfer function. Finally, usingMATLAB to make the dynamic simulation, and correcting it with the PID. Bymonitoring scheme design of the test bed of monitoring system, the exact monitorypoint, sensor layout, data collection and processing way are designed. The design ofthe monitor and control system of PLC program and PC WINCC human machineinterface and simulation commissioning are completed.The monitoring system that is designed in this paper can simulate workingtemperature and dust status of high speed-railway bearing, and it can precisely controlapplied load and speed of main spindle. It real-time monitors the temperature of thetest bed and bearings, and various parameters such as stress andvibration. It meets thetechnique requirement of the bearing test.
