At the same time with the development of mordern technology, watercraft steerautomatization comes true. The "non-paper plotting" that mark by PC instead of by human, can decrease the cost of hardware and. The result of the article can also be a part of intelligent ship collision avoidance and a base of "non-paper plotting".
